What is included in the “Window Cleaning Quote”?
Obviously, we clean Internal and/or external windows. We clean all fly screens as well as cleaning window tracks. If there are minor spots or marks, we will remove them. However, where there is a lot of scraping involved such as after renovations or building, there will be additional charges.

Do you still come if it is raining?
Yes, if we can still guarantee our usual high quality end product, then we will continue working. However, if we consider the weather unsuitable for an outstanding finish or too dangerous for work, ie. stormy and wild winds, then we would re-schedule.
